Ran Hwang - http://www.ranhwang.com/
Creates amazing button and pin art by sticking pins through buttons thousands of times, and then organizes them into the shape of a massive bird on a wall. Each image requires the hammering of thousands of pins with buttons into a wall, no glue is used. The buttons can fall or move at any time.

Her work has an obsessive quality. Every button is stitched to its neighbor to form a pixilated type effect. up close each piece is abstract, the further back you stand the more clear the image becomes. It is though she is painting with buttons.
